Investor Room Privacy Notice

To administer confidential access, MOMONIE collects the visitor’s first name, last name, accepted agreement version, acceptance timestamp, access expiry and technical session token.

How it is used

The information is used only to record agreement acceptance, grant or revoke access, maintain room security and respond to investor-review requests. It is not sold or used for consumer marketing.

Retention and requests

Acceptance records are retained for legal and security purposes. A visitor may request access, correction or deletion through the same communication channel used to receive the invitation, subject to legal record-retention requirements.

Security

Access is represented by a short-lived secure, HttpOnly session cookie. Confidential routes verify the server-side acceptance record; a visual lock alone is not used.
